Top Dawg Soccer – Group Training Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Subscription & Billing

Membership begins upon enrollment and is billed monthly at the rate associated with the member’s selected plan. A one-time $75 Elite Program Joining Fee is charged at sign-up. Monthly payments are processed on the same calendar date each month. All payments are non-refundable. Membership renews automatically each month unless canceled under these terms.

2. Minimum Commitment

A minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly payments is required. Early cancellation before completing the initial three-month term requires payment of the remaining balance due. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued. After the initial term, membership continues month-to-month unless canceled under Section 3.

3. Cancellation & Pause Policy

Cancellation or pause requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@topdawgsoccer.com at least fourteen (14) days before the next scheduled payment date. Requests submitted with less notice may result in one additional monthly charge.

 

Pauses are not permitted during the initial three-month commitment. After the initial term, members may request a pause of up to sixty (60) total days per calendar year, subject to approval.

 

Pauses take effect at the end of the active billing month. Access remains active through that month only. While paused, members may not book sessions or access membership benefits.

 

To resume, written notice must be submitted via email. Upon reactivation, the monthly payment is processed immediately and that date becomes the new monthly payment date.

 

If no cancellation or pause request is submitted, membership continues to renew and bill monthly. The $75 joining fee is charged once and will not be re-applied after an approved pause.

4. Serious Circumstances

Documented medical injuries, relocation, or other serious circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Top Dawg Soccer.

5. Session Usage & Scheduling

Membership includes the number of group training sessions associated with the member’s selected plan per active billing month. Members are responsible for booking through the designated system. Sessions are subject to availability.

 

All sessions must be used within the active billing month. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over under any circumstances.

 

Once booked, sessions cannot be modified or canceled within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled start time. Sessions not attended, including late cancellations or no-shows, do not result in credits, refunds, or extensions.

6. Payment Failures

Failed payments must be resolved within three (3) days. Access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. Continued failure may result in cancellation.

7. Non-Transferability & Plan Changes

Memberships are valid for one player only and may not be shared. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing month. Mid-month changes are not permitted.

8. Program Adjustments

Top Dawg Soccer reserves the right to modify schedules, coaches, or program structure as necessary.
